Ne-Yo's wife, Crystal Renay, has filed for divorce just days after accusing him of infidelity with multiple different women.

According to the divorce documents, obtained by TMZ, Renay, 36, said that her marriage to Ne-Yo, 42 - whom she claims to have been separated from since July 22 - is "irretrievably broken with no hope for reconciliation". She also said he recently fathered a child with another woman.

The model met the singer during a casting call for the music video for his song 'Non-Fiction', and they have been married since February 2016.

The pair shares three children: 13-month-old daughter Isabella Rose, as well as sons Roman Alexander-Raj, four, and Shaffer Chimere Jr., six, however, Renay is seeking primary physical custody of the kids and joint legal custody.

On Saturday (July 30), Renay accused Ne-Yo - whose real name is Shaffer Chimere Smith - of being continually unfaithful over the span of their eight-year relationship in a now-deleted post on Instagram.

She denounced the 'Miss Independent' singer for "eight years of lies and deception" and claimed that he had philandered with "women who sell their bodies to him unprotected" and that she's only gained "wasted years and heartache" from their marriage.

Renay then asked people to abstain from sending her proof of her estranged spouse's unfaithfulness in her post, writing: "I ask that you all please stop sending me videos and information of him cheating because what he does is no longer my concern."

"I am not a victim," she added. "I'm choosing to stand tall with my head held high. If someone can't love you the way you deserve then it's up to you to love yourself. With no hate in my heart, I wish him nothing but the best."

A day later (July 31), the 'So Sick' singer took to Twitter to share his own statement and said that he was not interested in speaking publicly about the separation.

"For the sake of our children, my family and I will work through our challenges behind closed doors. Personal matters are not meant to be addressed and dissected in public forums," he wrote. "I simply ask that you please respect me and my family’s privacy at this time."

Their posts come after the couple gave their marriage a second chance after briefly splitting in early 2020. They then renewed their vows in a Las Vegas wedding in April, after previously getting married in 2016, in hopes of rekindling their love.

The nuptials were captured by a number of guests on social media and after the ceremony, the couple shared numerous photos and videos from the big day on Instagram.

However, it now looks like there won't be a third wedding!
