This feels like a 21st-century update to the hit movie Groundhog Day as Nick Cannon has just announced the birth of this tenth child, weeks after announcing the birth of his ninth. And he's already copping flak for the child's name.

The 41-year-old has become the butt of jokes over the past few years, as he announces more births than Marvel releases movies.

Cannon was previously married to musician Mariah Carey between 2008 and 2016, and the couple shares fraternal twins Moroccan and Monroe. Since their split, the rapper has fathered eight more children with five different women.

In 2017, Cannon fathered Golden Sagon to model and former Miss Arizona 2010, Brittany Bell and, in 2020, the couple had their second child, Powerful Queen, CNN reported.

Following this, in 2021 and 2022 Cannon went on to father six children. People reported that DJ Abbey De La Rosa gave birth to twin sons, Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir in June 2021. She is currently pregnant with her third child to Cannon. That same month, another son, Zen S. was born to Cannon and model Alyssa Scott. He sadly died in December 2021 from brain cancer, per US Weekly.

This year, model Brie Tiesi gave birth to a son named Legendary Love, and model LaNisha Cole had a daughter named Onyx Ice Cole, People detailed.

Phew! That rounds up Cannon's total to 10. Are we all up to speed? Great.

Cannon posted an Instagram video celebrating the birth of his son, captioning it: "Another Blessing!!! As my journey on this planet becomes more and more remarkable and unfathomable, all I can do is thank God and continue to ask the Most High to order my steps.

"He has given me stewardship and dominion over a family dynamic that to some is unimaginable."

Speaking about Bell, the mother of his latest addition, the Wild 'n Out host wrote: "She has taught me so much about parenting, psychology, spirituality, love and just life in general. For our third child she told me she didn't want a baby shower and needed NOTHING! All she desired was PRAYER from her authentic Loved Ones! I am learning that is the best GIFT!"

"Probably the most difficult labor and delivery I have ever witnessed! 48 hours of excruciating pain and life risking danger to welcome 10 pounds of Love and joy named RISE MESSIAH CANNON," the father-of-ten added.

Social media users have already begun teasing Cannon for announcing yet another birth and also for the unique name of his child: Rise Messiah Cannon.

One user wrote: "Nah bro didn't you do one of these last week [laughing emojis]. Congrats [though]!"

"A baby is born every 8 seconds and there's a 93% chance it's Nick Cannon's," one person hilariously tweeted.

"I'm sorry I know with everything going on in the world I shouldn't be caring about Nick Cannon's procreation schedule, but 3 babies in 3 months with 3 different women - two born just two weeks apart - is truly just BANANAS [sic]," another tweet read.

"He ran out of names by the third child," someone replied, in reference to the child's name.

"What in the world kind of names these celebrities be picking?? They need a touch of reality," another Twitter user added.

For those scratching their heads at how Cannon is able to have numerous kids with multiple women, the TV host cleared up any confusion during a YouTube interview earlier this year, revealing that he engaged in: "Consensual non-monogamy."

"I've practiced monogamy, I've been a cheater, I've been toxic," he said during the interview.

Cannon further stated: "It all starts with honesty. It's really just surface, basic stuff. One of my therapists coined what I do as consensual non-monogamy. Because to even pretend like I’m in a monogamous relationship, that would be misleading."

"Because, as we know, monogamy defines one thing — and people like to classify what I do as polyamory or polygamy, but even that, I always say to define me is to confine me," Cannon added.

Well, you gotta love his commitment to overpopulation!
