Lady Gaga has proven that she's all class after rushing over to help a paparazzo who fell over at this year's Academy Awards.

The 36-year-old singer - whose real name is Stefani Germanotta - was among hundreds of other celebrities in attendance at the acting and film industry's biggest night.

The 'Bad Romance' songstress was strutting her stuff on the champagne carpet - wearing a black sheer corseted dress with a drop waist and her hair neatly styled in a French braid.

All the attention remained on her as she then rushed to the aid of a photographer who fell over while walking behind her and snapping pictures. "Lady Gaga's combat journalist skills finally jumped out at the Oscars lmao," a tweet with the footage read.

Netizens were quick to praise the House of Gucci actress, with one person writing: "Look at her natural impulses 'to the rescue' kicking in without even a beat!! She's such a beautiful person inside and out!!"

"That's true compassion right there, no hesitation, immediately ran over to help him," another tweet read.

Gaga has been hard at work preparing for her role in Joker 2 Folie à Deux, where she is set to portray Harley Quinn, the love interest of Joaquin Phoenix's character. Not too much is known about the upcoming movie - which will be released in 2024 - although 62-year-old Banshees of Inisherin actor Brendan Gleeson revealed he will be appearing in the movie.

The Oscar-nominated actor told Collider that it wasn't the script - or the possibility of working with Gaga - that got him hooked, telling the outlet: "It wasn't the material, which is a great way to get me out of having to answer any questions about the criteria. It was the achievement of the first film.

"I worked with Joaquin before on The Village... And so I knew him from then. And that performance, I'm still in awe of it. That performance as Joker, in that first movie. It was one of the most extraordinary achievements I've ever had. And for Todd to have - Worked the movie around to allow for that, I didn't have to be asked twice. I really didn't," he added.

Gaga herself has kept relatively quiet about her role in the movie, however, we're all expecting great things given her previous acting parts in movies like House of Gucci. For that portrayal, Gaga worked tireless to get her Italian accent just right. In an interview with Variety, the singer spoke about this, revealing: "It's not a secret that I'll do anything for art.

"I probably will completely change this when I have a child, but I don't have a child yet," she continued, "I want to be available and present for my children in a way that I think when you are acting in that way, it could be problematic for a child to be around."

Gaga continues to prove that she's one of the kindest hearts in entertainment!
