Paul Walker's brother has decided to honor him in the most heartwarming way possible.

The Fast & Furious star - who played Brian O'Conner in the series - tragically passed away in a 2013 car crash when he was only 40 years old.

Almost a decade after his death, Walker's legacy continues to live on as his brother Cody Walker and his wife Felicia welcomed their third child on Sunday (April 30) and named him Paul Barrett ("Bear") Walker.

Felicia took to Instagram on May 5 to share the first picture of her newborn son being held by his two-year-old brother, Colt Knox Walker.

Cody spoke to PEOPLE about the significance of his baby boy's name and said: "This November will mark 10 years since we lost my brother, Paul and I just felt now was the appropriate time.

"My brother, Caleb, and I are both done having children. My brother, Paul, was Paul William Walker IV and that name goes back four generations," the brother continued.

"Within the family, he went by 'little Paul' or 'Paul 4,' even though he quickly outgrew our father in height. It was important to me to have that name carry on," he added.

Walker's only daughter, Meadow Rain Walker is also following in his footsteps as she had a cameo role in the Fast and Furious sequel, Fast X.

Actor Vin Diesel - who is best known for playing Dominic Toretto - spoke about the special appearance to E! News, and said: "I am proud of the fact that she so beautifully wants to honor her father.

"As a father, we hope that our children will want to honor us in that way," he continued. "I think he’s smiling," he said of what Paul may have thought of the situation.

"I think he’s smiling at her performance. I think he’s smiling at not only her performance but at the fact that what him and I dreamed of – which was taking a saga to a 10th chapter – and to feel this love, the cherry on top is the fact that his daughter [has] a cameo," he added.

As the late actor died from injuries sustained in the high-speed crash, his brothers stepped in to work as his stand-ins and body double for Furious 7. Cody also reunited with the franchise's stars at the annual FuelFest music and automotive festival, which he co-founded.

This year's event is on June 3 at the Irwindale Speedway in California, and a portion of the proceeds raised will be donated to a charity Walker founded named Reach Out Worldwide. Cody has now taken over as CEO.

Cody told PEOPLE that he sees the charity "as a part of Paul that he left behind," adding, "It's important to so many to see that part of his legacy live on."
