Meadow Walker has paid a touching tribute to her late father, Paul Walker, on the eighth anniversary of his death.

The model, 23, shared a sweet photo of her dad kissing her on the cheek when she was a child. She was just 15 when The Fast & The Furious star died in a fiery car crash on November 30, 2013.

"I love and miss you endlessly. Today and every day I celebrate your life, your love. And you, my best friend," Meadow wrote in the touching post on Instagram.

After spending much of her childhood living in Hawaii with her mother Rebecca Soteros, Meadow made the decision to move in with her dad in California when she was a teenager. The two forged a strong bond during this time.

However, just a year after Meadow moved in, Paul was killed in a tragic car accident.

The 40-year-old actor was riding in the passenger seat of a Porsche Carrera GT when the car careened off the road in a concrete lamp post and two trees. It burst into flames, and both Paul and the driver Roger Rodas died in the blaze, Daily Mail reports.

Meadow sued Porsche in 2015, claiming her father survived the initial crash but was burned alive due to being trapped by his seat belt. They later reached an agreement, with both parties requesting the wrongful death case be dismissed.

The model has also established The Paul Walker Foundation, a nonprofit aimed at marine science. After paying tribute to her father with the throwback photo of them, Meadow took to Instagram a few hours later to promote the foundation.

"To honor my dad's legacy, we hope you’ll join us to Do Good," she wrote.

"Your support allows us to spread goodwill where it’s needed most, transforming lives and caring for our planet in the process. From building schools, to advocating for ocean conservancy, to our annual scholarship, affecting positive change is at the heart of everything we do."

Meadow's posts were met with an outpouring of support and condolences on social media.

"I love you, sweetheart! He is so proud of you," wrote one person, before another added: "Sleep in peace #legend."

Vin Diesel - who starred alongside Paul in Fast & Furious and is Meadow's godfather - commented a prayer emoji.
