Piers Morgan has warned that he will be hitting the block button on anyone who dares to send a photo of him posing with Ghislaine Maxwell or other since-disgraced celebs.
The outspoken TV presenter, 56, did not sugarcoat his feelings about the photos in question, which include him with Maxwell, as well as Harvey Weinstein, and Rolf Harris.
Since Maxwell's guilty verdict on charges of sex trafficking late last month, Morgan has been hit with criticism by some for appearing to be pretty friendly with her in the past.
In the tweet, Morgan said that he had explained the past pictures and wrote that "anyone who sends me them going forward to make some fatuous nonsensical 'GOTCHA!' point is getting blocked."
He added: "You've been warned, so no tearful 'I was drunk, Piers, please forgive me!' pleas for mercy if you ignore this directive."
Last month, Morgan had already posted an explanation for the Maxwell picture, in a tweet addressing "everyone gleefully sending me this photo."
He said he met her "at a book launch in New York in 2013." They apparently "spoke for 5 minutes about her father Bob who once owned the Daily Mirror". Morgan added that she "seemed nice" but is obviously a "monster".
Maxwell was charged with six counts alleging that she recruited, groomed, and abused four underage girls between 1994 and 2004. She pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Maxwell, 60, was found guilty of five federal charges, including sex trafficking of a minor, transporting a minor with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, and three related counts of conspiracy.
Maxwell, who now faces up to 65 years in prison, showed no emotion when the verdicts were read. Judge Alison Nathan did not set a sentencing date after the verdict.
Following her verdict, Morgan took to Twitter to say that her conviction will see many rich and powerful men "sweating".
He questioned whether the defendant will list the names of other high-profile attackers who were also involved.
"Will vile sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell now sing like a canary to avoid spending the rest of her life in prison?" he wrote. "If she does, there could be a lot of rich, powerful & famous people sweating tonight… and not sweating."
