The police have shared devastating details about Wild 'N Out star Ms Jacky Oh!'s sudden death.
Last week it was revealed that the 32-year-old reality TV star - who is the mother to TV co-star DC Young Fly's three children - sadly passed away on June 1.
The heartbreaking news was announced by a BET Media Group Spokesperson in a statement that read: "We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jacklyn Smith, known to the world as Jacky Oh, a talented Wild 'N Out family member whose impact will be forever treasured and missed. Jacky Oh was a loving friend and beloved colleague of the Wild 'N Out cast throughout five seasons."
The media group noted the model will be remembered as a "loving friend and beloved colleague of the TV cast through five seasons" and a "tremendous mother" to children Nova, six, Nala, two, and Prince'Nehemiah, 10 months, with her long-term partner.
Further details have now been shared regarding her death. In a police report obtained by PEOPLE, it has been disclosed that police were dispatched on Wednesday, May 31 to a local hotel "in reference to an unresponsive female".
"She was transported by Miami Fire Department to Mercy Hospital where lifesaving efforts were conducted," the PIO stated, per E! News. "but unfortunately, she was pronounced deceased at the hospital."
According to the outlet, a report from the Miami Police Department lists the address of the Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami Downtown/Brickell as the location of the incident and Jacklyn Smith as the subject.
A cause of death has yet to be revealed.
After the MTV star's passing, many of her loved ones have shared tributes in her honor. Her colleague, B. Simone, reflected on how Ms Jacky Oh! "lived life to the fullest" in a heartfelt Instagram post.
"You were an amazing friend, entrepreneur, and above all a phenomenal mother," the co-star heartfully penned."I never understood how you balanced all of it but when I become a mom I want to be just like you. You have a village down here that will ALWAYS make sure your children know the exceptional woman their mother was."
According to PEOPLE, footballer Odell Beckham Jr. shared a statement from the late star's family on his Instagram Story and wrote: "Rest Easy Angel."
Jacky Oh!'s 31-year-old partner also expressed his gratitude for everyone who kept their family in their thoughts. "We thank everyone for their well wishes and ask for privacy during this difficult time," he shared with the outlet.
