Post Malone has sweetly treated a fan who suffered a brain hemorrhage last year to VIP tickets and a backstage meet and greet for his concert.

It's been 14 months since the 28-year-old 'Rockstar' hitmaker's fan, Garrett Belanger, suffered a sudden brain hemorrhage due to a blood vessel birth defect called AVM (arteriovenous malformation) in his brain, according to his GoFundMe.

One year ago, the superfan's sister, Taylor Belanger, took to TikTok - under the handle @taylortheteacher0131 - to share a video revealing that Garrett fell into a coma for 46 days after making it through the surgery.

Taylor then reached out to Malone  - whose full name is Austin Richard Post - about how much his music meant to Garrett growing up, stating: "I took him to one of your concerts when he was 16 and he cried the whole time."

"He stays up for every album release until midnight and listens to the whole thing play with his eyes closed because he says it's the best way to feel what you feel," she added.

Check out the TikTok below:

Taylor - who is a fourth-grade teacher - heartwarmingly shared that her younger brother knows "every word to every song on every album" and "has watched all of your interviews".

"He has multiple playlists that fit different moods. I've never met someone that gets so passionate about their favorite musician to the point of tears," she continued. "I really can't count the amount of times I've seen him cry while he talks about the impact you've had on him."

She then showcased pictures of Garrett smiling in the video, stating: "He's smiling because we play your music for him almost completely around the clock. Your music brings so much emotion out of him that he's smiling while in a coma."

The TikTok amassed 3.7 million views, with many users tagging Malone in the comment section. Eventually, the singer came across the video and shared his own message of support for his brave superfan.

"It means the f***ing world to me. I f***ing love you, man. Thank you for listening to my music," the 'Sunflower' musician gushed. "Thank you for loving my music, man. Keep kicking a**. Dude, I can't wait to meet you, man."

"Whenever you're ready to rock and roll, I'm ready to rock and roll, man," he said, before adding that he wants to see Garratt at his very own concert soon.

Malone kept to his promise as almost a year later, he met his devoted supporter after his July 17 show at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center near Buffalo, New York.

Taylor shared the emotional moment on her TikTok page with the caption: "G finally met the man himself! Post was an absolute dream, so kind and so genuine. One of the [best] nights of our lives- G is still smiling!"

In the clip, the 'Congratulations' musician can be seen chatting with Garrett and his family. "How are you dude? Hanging out?" he asked, before questioning the larger group, "Did y'all have fun?"

The singer even responded in stride when one member of the group quipped that he's improved since the last time they watched him perform.
