Fans of That's So Raven will be more than familiar with the lead character's psychic visions - and it turns out that's one thing the actress has in common with her most iconic role.

Raven-Symoné, 37, played the title character of Raven Baxter in the Disney Channel series, portraying a teenager with psychic abilities from 2003 until 2007.

The program was a huge hit with viewers, becoming the Disney Channel's highest-rated and longest-running series at 100 episodes until it was surpassed by Wizards of Waverly Place in October 2011.

Throughout the series, Raven dealt with hilarious teenage situations using her talents, psychic abilities, and some wacky disguises, much to the delight of viewers.

Raven-Symoné opened up about her own psychic abilities in a new interview with iHeartMedia's The Best Podcast Ever with Raven and Miranda.

Speaking during a game of Spin The Wheel, the word that came up was 'psychic', to which she responded: "I believe in psychics, puns f**king intended.

"I truly believe. I believe actually humans have the ability in their brain to tap into energy fields that allow for truth to connect when you know how to translate it correctly.

"I can walk into a room and it's reading energy and energy in the psychic plane, because it's not on a physical, material plane."

She confirmed that she had felt like she had this ability before getting the role in That's So Raven, which she originally starred in from 2003 to 2007.

She later reprised the role in the spin-off, Raven's Home, which landed in 2017 and is currently on its sixth season, and which earned her a nomination for the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Performer in Children's Programming.

While Raven-Symoné's intuition is on point, she can't quite see into the future like her character did, as she explained: "I do have moments where I really will just stare and I will see a scene that is happening to me or that is going to happen to me in another dimension and I'm like, 'Yo, this is weird.' There will be a time when I'm walking and I'll trip over nothing."

Despite having her own experiences of the paranormal, she admitted that she is still a skeptic about people that work as professional psychics.

She explained: "Now if you sit me down and somebody's like, 'Look into my crystal ball,' I'm gonna be like, 'Give me my money back.' But I do believe there is natural auras that hold the experiences of all of our people, totally."

Having Raven-style psychic visions would definitely be a great skill to have in everyday life!
