Samuel L. Jackson's reaction to losing the Best Actor Tony Award has gone viral online.
Last night's Tony Awards saw some of the world's leading stars get together to celebrate the excellence in live Broadway theater over the past year.
The night, which was hosted by Ariana DeBose, saw some incredible moments including Jodie Comer's first-ever Tony win for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in a Play for her part in Suzie Miller's Prima Facie. The Killing Eve star put on one hell of a performance in the one-woman production, which also marked her debut on the West End stage.
Openly nonbinary actor J. Harrison Ghee also made history last night alongside Alex Newell after winning the award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Musical for Some Like It Hot.
Other stand-out moments saw Kimberly Akimbo win the award for Best Musical, while Leopoldstadt was named Best Play. Sean Hayes claimed a victory for Best Actor in a Play while Victoria Clark won Best Actress in a Musical.

There was one other moment away from the winners that seemed to grab people's attention online and it was Samuel L. Jackson's facial expressions when he realized he wasn't going to be taking home a Tony.
The 74-year-old was nominated for Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Role in a Play at the event for his role in The Piano Lesson.

However, Brandon Uranowitz ended up winning in the category for Leopoldstadt much to the apparent disappointment of Jackson.
Check out the moment:Fans took to Twitter to talk about the moment.
"Samuel L. Jackson’s face took me all the way out. He looks like he knew he wasn’t getting the Tony," wrote one user. "Based on the shout out during the winner’s acceptance speech, it sounds like Jordan E. Cooper maybe should have won it for Ain’t No Mo'."
Another had a similar response, attaching a snapshot of his reaction: "Samuel L. Jackson’s face is taking me out for some reason! #TonyAwards."
A third also stated that he does not have a "good non-winner face," adding: "I’m sure his eye roll will be a meme."
"Samuel L Jackson didn’t look happy," this Twitter user also added.
In Uranowitz's acceptance speech he joked that his "imposter syndrome is on fire" before paying tribute to his parents.
"The only thing I've ever wanted is to repay the sacrifices that you've made for me, but I work in the theater so I can't do that," he said, before making a plea for parents to love their children the way they are. "When your child tells you who they are, believe them. An authentic life is a limitless life."
Congratulations to all the winners on the night - and better luck to Jackson!
