Shania Twain revamped her 1997 hit song, 'That Don't Impress Me Much' this week, swapping out her iconic Brad Pitt line to include Ryan Reynolds, and let's just say, he was loving the switch-up!

The People's Choice Awards 2022 saw a host of celebrities compete for coveted awards voted for by fans and while there were some incredible, stand-out moments during the show, the one that everyone seems to be talking about right now is Twain's performance.

The 57-year-old - no, the internet can't believe that's her real age either - performed a medley of some of her most iconic songs, including 'That Don't Impress Me Much', which proved to be a hit with the audience.

For those of you that might not know the tune, Twain sings about a man who has "got a car", is a "rocket scientist", or is Brad Pitt and claims that it doesn't impress her - pretty self-explanatory given the title of the track.

But rather than sticking with the Bullet Train actor, she instead chose to go for a new object of her affections in the lyrics instead.

"So, you’re Ryan Reynolds?” Twain said during her 2022 rendition of 'That Don’t Impress Me Much', which left the actor looking pretty pleased with himself as he watched from the crowd.

After Twain sang the updated lyric, the cameras panned over to Reynolds, as he looked surprised for a second mouthing: "Oh my god, me?", before bursting out into laughter.

Some even went as far as saying that he was blushing. Adorable, right?

Of course, fans couldn't stop talking about the moment online, with many claiming that the unexpected interaction between the two celebrities brought them immense "joy."

"Shania Twain saying 'okay so you’re Ryan Reynolds' now instead of 'okay so you’re Brad Pitt' brings so much joy to my cold Canadian tundra heart," tweeted one user.

"Did y’all see that video where Shania Twain changed the lyrics and said 'okay so you’re Ryan Reynolds? That don’t impress me much' and HE WAS IN THE AUDIENCE AND BLUSHING adorable," commented another.

On the same night, the 57-year-old was also awarded the Music Icon award, which was presented to her by Pose star, Billy Porter.

As per the Independent, in her acceptance speech, the 'Any Man of Mine' singer said it was "a privilege and dream" to receive the award as she thanked fans at home for "presenting me with this award and for highlighting my work and having a significant impact."

She also went on to pay homage to her late mother Sharon Morrison who died in a tragic car accident in 1987.

"I always miss my mother at these moments in my life. She would have loved watching her little girl living this moment right now, but my fans and team, you are the ones who really fill that space when - not my mother's space, but just that you are here with me and celebrating and you make me feel loved and special.

"I will always be grateful for that. Thank you," she concluded.
