Viewers think this soccer fan was caught cheating on live kiss cam
If you're looking for a good way to develop a close bond with someone, then going to a sports fixture together is one of the best ideas you can have. When two people share the same interest in a team and enjoy watching a game together, then it can be a perfect date.
However, if you're attending a sports match with your mistress, or secret lover, then you'd expect to be a bit more secretive about it. Not, you know, kiss them live on camera with hundreds of other spectators watching.
However, this week one sheepish couple managed to let the cat out of the bag in the worst possible way (but their reactions did make for entertaining viewing...)
Take a look at the cringe-worthy footage below:
Per News.com.au, the video of the two soccer fans, which has gone viral on social media this week, occurred during a game held in Ecuador, between Barcelona de Guayaquil and Delfín.
At one point during the 90-minute-long match, a man with his arm around a young woman was caught giving her a passionate smooch by the kiss cam.
However, when the man saw his face plastered all over the gigantic screen in the stadium, he immediately pulled away from his fellow-kisser and looked very guilty and ashamed of himself indeed.
And people online couldn't contain themselves, believing that the man was cheating on his partner with the woman in question.
Amused Twitter user Tancredi Palmeri wrote: "Ouch! When two lovers got caught by kiss cam, but probably have something to hide. Facial reactions are better than in movies".
He obviously realized just how many people were staring at them, and decided to draw away at the last moment. Does this indicate that he's having an affair? Or does he just not want to go public with the relationship just yet?
And Twitter user @xWulfy1221x joked: "He went from living his best life to, I'm scared to go home".
This mom had the perfect reaction to being plastered on kiss cam with her son:
The match later ended with a score of 1-0 to defending LigaPRO champions Delfin, which left the crowd at home saddened. The game took place on the traditional "Yellow Night", in which Barcelona’s team was presented with former Italian star and Sydney FC player Alessandro del Piero as a special guest.
