WWE Superstar Alexa Bliss has shut down a YouTube influencer who criticized her in-ring work with derogatory comments about her sex life.
Bliss - real-name Alexis Kaufman - is currently a prominent feature on WWE television as one-half of the company's Women's Tag-Team Champions, alongside partner Nikki Cross.

As a result, the 28-year-old champion has been featured on a regular basis on WWE's two biggest weekly shows, Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown.
But in an effort to criticize her recent in-ring performances, YouTube personality JDfromNY206 - who currently boasts over 116,000 subscribers - made a slew of insulting comments about Bliss' sex life, saying that she's "probably one of those women that just lays there [in bed] and just takes it".
He said:
"She does nothing. I guarantee you she’s one of those women that just lays there and just takes it [in bed], she does nothing. Can you imagine being in bed with Alexa Bliss and she performs the same way she does in the ring? Awful! All look and no substance whatsoever."
In response to the comments, Bliss retweeted the clip of JDfromNY206's podcast, and wrote to her 1.4 million followers:
"Normally I ignore his ignorance Bc all he wants is to be recognized by bashing me… but ex freaking scuse me sir??? … HOW DARE YOU discredit my work in such a disgraceful way. #WhatAClassAct"
Other members of the WWE locker room also took aim at JDfromNY206 for his comments.
WWE talent Paige wrote:
"This is the problem right here. HES one of the problems. Cyber bullying is NOT okay and to this extent too? What a disgrace and I’m assuming he’s supposed to be a reporter of some sorts? Shame on you JD. Your work is incredible @AlexaBliss_WWE pay no mind to ignorance like this."
WWE Superstar Sonya Deville retweeted Bliss, adding: "I pray I run into this dude one day."
And current WWE Universal Champion Braun Strowman even came to the defense of his former mixed tag-team partner, writing:
"This sad ass MARK talking like he even knows what it’s like to share a bed with a woman. He should prob stick to talking about wrestling cause he doesn’t know shit about it either but at least he can pretend he does. Oh and eating hot pockets his mom makes him!!!"
At first, JDfromNY206 became very defensive of his initial statement on Twitter, stating that all he did was make "a joke" about a scripted match featuring a "fictional character".
However, after revealing he and his family had started to received death threats, JDfromNY206 has now issued an apology to Alexa Bliss in his latest podcast.
Seemingly in response to the threats, Bliss also tweeted out asking her followers to remember to "be kind".
You can watch JDfromNY206's apology at the start of the video below:In the video above, he states that the joke he made was "plagued with sexism" and was "wrong". JDfromNY206 then says that after becoming defensive on Twitter, he has had some time to think about his words, and decided to issue an apology to Alexa Bliss, and the rest of the WWE locker room.
But, as always, it looks like Bliss got the last word in:
