Hafthor Bjornsson, AKA The Mountain from Game of Thrones, has broke world deadlift record at his home gym in Iceland.
The strongman, best known for his portrayal of Ser Gregor "The Mountain" Clegane in the hit HBO series, managed to lift an incredible 1,104lbs (501kg).
In the footage, which was streamed by sports broadcaster ESPN and recorded for Bjornsson's YouTube channel, the 31-year-old can be seen lifting the barbell for two seconds before roaring in delight.
Watch him break the World Record below:The news comes after Bjornsson won the World's Strongest Man competition in 2018.
Discussing his achievement in a "behind-the-scenes" video posted on YouTube, Bjornsson said: "I'm extremely proud, you know. I'm extremely happy.
"It's great - there's nothing better than proving people wrong. So many people didn't believe in me, so many people that said, '501kg is never going to go up'... But I also had a lot of support."
He added: "I feel healthy, I feel good. I'm just absolutely speechless, even though I'm talking a lot now. But I'm excited, super excited - this is huge for me."

Last year, the six-foot-nine Bjornsson explains how he gains so much muscle and it involves eating a lot of grub - specifically 10,000 calories a day, which is around four times the daily recommended amount for an adult male.
In an interview with Business Insider, he said "Diet is very important to stay in shape, to stay strong. So I'm very consistent with my meals. I eat six meals every single day. I eat mostly steak, rice, carrots, with some peppers, sometimes chicken. I eat so much, really. And definitely the hardest part of being in these competitions really is the diet."
Prior to this, the BBC reports, the World Record for the heaviest deadlift was held by Eddie Hall, who became the first man to lift 500kg back in 2016.
