Tiger King star Carole Baskin has been awarded control of Joe Exotic's zoo in a new court ruling passed today.
Exotic was convicted of orchestrating a murder for hire plot to have Baskin killed and various animal abuse charges in 2019, for which he is now serving 22 years in prison.

Baskin, who currently owns Big Cat Rescue, has been awarded control of the zoo as part of a $1 million judgment that Exotic was ordered to pay her for copyright infringement.
Lowe has been handed a 120-day eviction notice to vacate himself and his animals from the property.
The original 2016 lawsuit is between Big Cat Rescue Corp and Shirley Schreibvogel, Joe Exotic's mother.
The court ruling reads: "It is further ordered, to effectuate the equitable relief awarded in this case, that GWDG (Greater Wynnewood Development Group): (1) shall vacate the premises of the Zoo Land within 120 days of the date of service of this Order on GWDG, which vacation of premises shall also require removal of all zoo animals from the Zoo Land."
Baskin has been a critic of the GW Exotic Animal Memorial Park for years, and as revealed in the Netflix docuseries, her feud with Exotic turned into a court battle after she argued that he was abusing his animals and he argued that she was attempting to destroy his business with an online smear campaign.
This comes as Joe Exotic's husband, Dillon Passage, is heading up a campaign to have the former zoo owner pardoned after President Trump said he'd "look into" his pardon request following the success of the Netflix docuseries.
