Tom Sizemore's sons have taken to social media to share heartbreaking pleas for their father to "wake up" as he remains in a coma following a brain aneurysm.
As previously reported, 61-year-old Sizemore was hospitalized on February 18 at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Los Angeles after suffering a stroke.
As reported by the Guardian, the incident occurred at the actor's home at around 2:00 AM local time and he was quickly rushed to intensive care.
Sizemore's manager Charles Lago, via Fox News, said at the time: "He is in the hospital. His family is aware of the situation and are hoping for the best. It is too early to know about [a] recovery situation as he is in critical condition under observation," while adding that it was a "wait and see" situation."

Sizemore's twin sons Jagger and Jayden have posted their heartbreak on social media, begging their dad to wake up from his coma.
Posting on Facebook, Jayden heartbreakingly wrote: "wake up dad. You can’t go like this. Please don’t leave me."
He then took to Instagram and Facebook stories where he wrote: "I’m so numb dad. Please lord tell me this is only a bad dream, give me the strength my dad would want me to carry, this was never supposed to happen.
"I’ve been thriving dad, trusting the process, embracing adversity and chasing my dreams like you always wanted for me. All you wanted was for me to have an opportunity to succeed and evolve into the best version of myself."

"We bumped heads because we’re so much alike," the post continued. "I’m so sorry I wasn’t there for you when [you] needed it most. You can’t go like this, wake up dad, please don’t leave me like this."
In another post, the heartbroken 17-year-old said that his father instilled in him the need for hard work, and encouraged him to chase his dreams.
He went on to reveal that they had recently begun getting close again after "problems in my childhood" and that Sizemore encouraged his sons to not make similar mistakes as he did, potentially referring to his drug addiction.
The family faces a heartbreaking decision after being informed that there is "no further hope" of the Saving Private Ryan actor recovering from his condition.

Lago released a statement, via BBC News, that said: "The family is now deciding end-of-life matters and a further statement will be issued on Wednesday. We are asking for privacy for his family during this difficult time, and they wish to thank everyone for the hundreds of messages of support and prayers that have been received. This has been a difficult time for them."
Our thoughts continue to be with the Sizemore family at this difficult time.
