Travis Barker has taken his first flight in over 13 years after being involved in a fatal crash 13 years ago.
According to TMZ, this is the first time that the 45-year-old drummer has taken a flight since 2008.
Per the above publication, Travis Barker was pictured on Saturday boarding Kylie Jenner’s private jet in Los Angeles, holding hands with his girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian.
The couple then flew to Cabo, Mexico, alongside Kris Jenner and her boyfriend Corey Gamble, and later pictures showed Travis disembarking with a large holdall on his shoulder.
On September 19, 2008, the Blink 182 band member was involved in a horrific tragedy when he chose to fly on a business jet to Van Nuys, California.
As the plane took off from the runway at Columbia Metropolitan Airport in South Carolina, it suddenly crashed.
Four of the six passengers on board were killed as a result of the incident, including Barker's personal assistant Chris Baker and his security guard Che Still.
Barker was left with third-degree burns on more than 65% of his body.
He spent three months in hospital, unable to attend his friends' funerals, and required a number of skin grafts to recovery from his injuries.
The musician opened up about his fear of flying in a recent interview with Men's Health, stating that he was working on conquering his anxiety about aviation.
Barker stated: "There's a million things that could happen to me. I could die riding my skateboard. I could get in a car accident. I could get shot. Anything could happen. I could have a brain aneurysm and die.
"So why should I still be afraid of airplanes? [...] I want to make the choice to try and overcome it."
He continued: "If I do it, and the angels above help me in my travels and keep me safe, I would like to come back and [tell his children]: 'Hey, I just flew here, and then I flew home. And everything was fine.' I have to tell them because I almost left them."
Back in June, fans showered him with support when he tweeted: "I might fly again".
