The accomplice of Lady Gaga's dog snatchers is now reportedly suing the singer for not paying her advertised reward.

Back in February 2021, the 36-year-old 'Bad Romance' songstress announced a $500,000 reward after her two French bulldogs, Koji and Gustav, were stolen at gunpoint from her dog walker, Ryan Fischer.

Then, two months later, five people in connection to the robbery were apprehended by the police, including Jennifer McBride, the accomplice who eventually turned in the dogs.

After McBride turned in the pups, cops found out that she was reportedly dating the father of the men responsible for assaulting Fischer - who was shot in the chest and hospitalized.

According to TMZ, the woman is now claiming that she returned the dogs to the 'Born This Way' musician at the LAPD Olympic Community station on February 26, 2021 - two days after they were taken.

L.A. County Deputy District Attorney, Michele Hanisee, disclosed to the outlet that McBride was aware the pups were stolen when she returned them. She also knew the men involved in the shooting for years and her intention was to just obtain the money.

However, she was later charged in connection with the robbery after receiving stolen property and being an accessory to the crime.

She eventually pled no contest to one count of receiving stolen property and was hit with two years of probation, as reported by the Los Angeles Times.

The publication has revealed that McBride wants more than $500,000 and is seeking damages of $1.5 million from the 'Poker Face' singer for allegedly posting the misleading reward.

In the new lawsuit - obtained by BuzzFeed News - she alleged that she did not receive the reward. It also states that Gaga "defrauded" McBride "by making a promise without intent to perform".

The suit goes on to contend that the woman has suffered pain and suffering, compensatory damages, mental anguish, and lack of enjoyment in life as a result of not receiving the $500,000.

Meanwhile, the man who shot Fischer - James Howard Jackson - pled no contest to a count of attempted murder. He was ultimately sentenced to 21 years in prison, per Page Six.

The 'Just Dance' singer originally shared an Instagram post where she expressed her heartache for her pup as well as information about the reward.

"My heart is sick and I am praying my family will be whole again with an act of kindness. I will pay $500,000 for their safe return," she wrote. "Or, if you bought or found them unknowingly, the reward is the same."

She also wrote a message to her dog walker that read: "I continue to love you, Ryan Fischer, you risked your life to fight for our family. You’re forever a hero."

Fisher also posted a harrowing Instagram post from the hospital bed after he recovered from his injuries. He recounted the traumatic event, writing: "Four days ago, while a car sped away and blood poured from my gunshot wound, an angel trotted over and laid next to me."

"My panicked screams calmed as I looked at her, even though it registered that the blood pooling around her tiny body was my own," he continued. "I cradled Asia as best I could, thanked her for all the incredible adventures we’d been on together, apologized that I couldn’t defend her brothers, and then resolved that I would still try to save them… and myself."

He also went on to thank those who arrived to assist, and penned a sweet note to the 'Edge of Glory' musician that read: "Your babies are back and the family is whole… we did it!"

"You have shown so much support throughout this whole crisis to both me and my family. But your support as a friend, despite your own traumatic loss from your kids, was unwavering. I love you and thank you," he added.
