One of the women who were called out by Miranda Lambert for taking a selfie during a recent concert has spoken out.
On Saturday (July 15) night, the country singer stopped her performance of 'Tin Man' during her Velvet Rodeo Las Vegas residency in the Bakkt Theater to address a group of fans who weren't fully engaging in the live music experience.
In viral footage shared on social media, the 39-year-old musician can be seen instructing her band to pause the music, saying: "I'm going to stop right here for a second."
"These girls are worried about their selfies and not listening to the song. It's p***ing me off a little bit. I don't like it. At all. We're here to hear some country music tonight. I'm singing some country damn music," she declared.
Watch the video below:While the moment earned wild applause from the crowd who clearly agreed with Lambert, prompting her to retake the song from the top, one of the women who were a part of the selfie group has now opened up to share her side of the story.
Social media influencer Adela Calin, who later posted the picture to Instagram, told NBC News that the picture-tasking moment lasted 30 seconds "at most," adding: "We took the picture quickly and were going to sit back down."
Calin recalled that she and her friends had tried to take photos before the show had kicked off, but "the lighting wasn’t great," so instead, she asked a fan behind the group to take a photo of them before it ended.
"We just couldn't get one good picture," the influencer said. "We were so excited because I think we had the best seats in the house in the whole theater."
Calin also spoke to Good Morning America and said that after the 'Bluebird' musician's words, the concert "was not the same," explaining: "I thought, I feel like I'm being back in school and me and my friends did something that annoyed the teacher and she scolded us so she told us to sit down."
"Everybody was having such a great time. We would stand up at times and dance. It was great energy. But after that happened it was just, um, it was not the same," Calin added.
Despite it all, Calin shared the photos to her Instagram, writing in the caption, "These are the 2 pictures we were [taking] when Miranda Lambert stopped her concert and told us to sit down and not take selfies."
Many commenters under the video - which has now been viewed 3.9 million times - also agreed with Calin, and felt that the 'Somethin Bad' singer was out of line for singling out the fans.
One person wrote: "How about [they're] capturing the moment and they want to remember themselves in that very second."
Another said: "ok maybe they wanted a selfie saying they were at YOUR concert? Lol."
A third added: "If I pay for a ticket I can do any MF thing I want. It’s memories."

A representative for Lambert told NBC News that the singer had "no statement to add".
