A beautiful two-year-old girl with Down's syndrome has become the face of a children's fashion campaign.
Eleanor Manton will now be featured in fashion chain JoJo Maman Bébé's autumn/winter 2020 catalog — with all the pictures featured taken by her mom on an iPhone.
The adorable toddler was spotted by scouts from the fashion chain on her family's Instagram account. After getting in contact with mom Helen, 36, the family was sent some of the company's latest items for Eleanor to model.
Revealing the heartwarming news on Instagram, Eleanor's family wrote: "So here it is, it's official!
"What an absolute dream come true... our beautiful girl is an Autumn/Winter 2020 model for @jojomamanbebe. Some of you may have already seen this image in your postbox this morning. We are so unbelievably proud of you Eleanor, you're such a superstar."
JoJo Maman Bébé also shared the same adorable snap of Eleanor modeling their outfit, along with the caption: "Our New Autumn collection has arrived and for this season our customers took the camera!"
They also added the following information on their latest star:
"Eleanor is an excitable and loving 2 year old. She loves being outdoors and had so much fun while taking these photos for JoJo, especially when she got to throw leaves around.
"Eleanor has thrived during lockdown and started walking in the first few weeks. She mainly communicates with Makaton and is obsessed with Mr Tumble."
Per the JoJo Maman Bébé website, the company has long been breaking down the barriers for people with disabilities, having previously been voted Best Employer in the Disability Awards by the Down's Syndrome Association.
The company was recognized for its "on-going effort to work with those with learning disabilities by offering full contract employment or work placements."
Back in May, a video of Eleanor walking unaided for the first time warmed the hearts of social media users, and go thousands of views in the progress:
In addition, mom Helen told the BBC that Eleanor had "really progressed" during lockdown. With dad Craig being furloughed, the youngster has been able to spend more time with both parents.
"That's the reason why Eleanor is progressing so much, she has interaction with us both all the time," Helen said.
Well done, Eleanor! We can't wait to see more of you in the future!
