One mom's babysitter job ad has gone viral on social media due to its seemingly incredible list of demands.
According to the ad, which was posted to Facebook marketplace, the mom in question is willing to pay $100 a week for a babysitter to work eleven and a half hour days.
To put that into context, that would mean that the sitter would be earning less than two dollars an hour.

But that's not all. This employer expects the sitter to pay for organic food for her children, provide a clean criminal background check AND work weekends with no notice.
A screenshot of the ad was posted to Reddit with the caption: "I'm sure that $100 per week will go far to provide the vegan organic food she's demanding the babysitter supply."

Naturally, it wasn't long before Redditors began to give their two cents on the job ad.
One Reddit user wrote: "Why would you expect a sitter coming to your house to provide food for your kids????"

A second remarked: "I hope this is a troll account. I will never understand how people could leave their children in the care of someone who is willing to accept $1.66 an hour."

At this point, it's worth noting that vegan, organic food would likely take up a considerable amount of the sitter's wages, leaving them little left to feed themselves - let alone pay for rent or other amenities.
A third sarcastically wrote: "You can't study/watch youtube/surf on your phone for the 12 hours you are babysitting. Just stare at my children all day!"

A fourth then brought up the proposed pay rise after six months, writing: "And you get a fifty dollar raise after 6 months! Who on earth could possibly find this anything other than a great deal - looking after two kids for 100 bucks a week and accommodating their mother's frankly insane demands will surely be balanced out by the fact that you get your weekends free...oh, wait."

Let's just hope that this mom realizes the error of her ways and discovers that proper childcare is worth paying for!
