Yesterday was World Health Day and Disney Parks from all over the world took this as an opportunity to pay tribute to healthcare workers who are helping to tackle the deadly COVID-19.
Hospital staff have worked tirelessly in the last few weeks to treat the increasing numbers of people who have fallen ill after catching the highly infectious virus. And so Walt Disney's global theme parks wanted to do their bit to show their gratitude.
Cinderella's castle in Orlando's Magic Kingdom even lit up blue as a sign of appreciation to medical workers on the front line of the pandemic.

Although most of Disney's theme parks have been forced to close, each of them participated in the heartfelt gesture.
At the Magic Kingdom in Orlando, Florida, Cinderella’s castle lit up blue "as a beacon of hope and gratitude". And the Enchanted Storybook Castle in Shanghai was lit up with the words "thank you" in various languages.
In Disneyland Paris, a floral arrangement was laid out in front of a castle so that it spelled, "Merci".
In a similar display, an arrangement spelled out "mahalo" at Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa in Hawaii.
The blog post added: "We’re reminded of a quote: ‘Every step we take, brings a new hope, a new day…’ It’s from the Happily Ever After fireworks show at Walt Disney World Resort, and we hope it serves as an inspiration to you, as does for us, during this uncertain time."
