A doctor has been flooded with support after posting a video shutting down anti-vaxxers who believe their opinion is just as valid as his.
Known as Doctor Morbius on the social media platform TikTok, the medical professional often shares video sharing his knowledge - one which he draws on medical articles, testimonials, and his own experience to educate his 121,000 followers on a range of subjects.
And in one recent video, simply captioned "ANGRY", Doctor Morbius revealed that his last patient of the day was an anti-vaxxer who believed their opinion was just as valid as his.
In a blistering rant, Doctor Morbius explained why this simply isn't the case. Check out his video below:
Sitting in what appears to be his car, the doctor says: "Hey, Doctor here! As if my day wasn't f***ing exhausting enough as it is, the last patient of the day hit me with every single anti-vaccination conspiracy theory that you could possibly imagine.
"And look, I just let it go, I didn't really want to have an argument, but he just kept going and going.
"And then there was one moment where he said something that really sent me over the f***ing edge. The part where he says, 'Well, you know what doc? Your opinion is just as valid as mine is.'
"And that's the f***ing problem we have in this country. Very trained scientists and f***ing medical professionals that are having educated opinions about all of this are being equated to people that have basically almost no f***ing background at all.
"Look, I respect this gentleman as a person and as a patient, but he's a f***ing truck driver and has absolutely no medical or scientific background whatsoever. And that's the f***ing problem we have in this country.
"If you're not medically trained or scientifically trained on this subject matter, your opinion is not equal to others that are."
Rant over.
The video has since amassed over 1.9 million views on the platform, and the doctor was met with a flood of support from other TikTok users:

(It's worth noting that Doctor Mobius did apologize for any upset caused regarding his comments about his patient being a truck driver.)
