A man has revealed how his friend's offer to let him kick him the b**ls helped him learn to walk again.

TikTok user Chase (@chasegetsbetter) was involved in a serious accident earlier this year that left him paralyzed from the neck down, but he made a remarkable recovery for a hilarious reason.

Facing a long and hard road to recovery, Chase's friend Dan decided to make him an offer that he couldn't refuse.

"Learn to walk again, and you can kick me in the b**ls," he promised.

In the video below, Dan opens up about his near paralyzing accident:

Chase took Dan up on his offer and shared his remarkable recovery on TikTok, where, at the time of writing, his initial video about the b**l-kicking offer has been viewed over seven million times.

Hilariously, to ensure that Chase would be able to kick his friend in the balls, his physical therapists tailored his treatment to give him the ability to do so faster.

They explained: "When Chase told me he wanted to kick his friend in the b**ls we had to take a very strategic approach.

"We worked on the right leg, and the left leg to figure out which one was stronger, and clearly the left one is the one for the job.

"His left leg has way more force than I was expecting."

While doctors expected Chase to make a slow recovery, he defied their expectations and made an "insane" one, and it wasn't long before the time came for Dan to fulfill his promise.

Needless to say, Chase filmed himself kicking his friend in the b**ls for TikTok too.

Watch Dan finally get kicked in the b**ls below:

Even after the event, Dan clearly thought getting kicked in the b**ls was a small price to pay for motivating his friend to get better.

"Chase just kicked me in the b**ls and I feel so good," he said.

If this isn't the feel-good story of the year, we don't know what is, but on a serious note, please don't kick anyone in the b**ls unless you have their explicit consent!
