Lily Phillips, originally from Derbyshire in the UK, previously made headlines for sleeping with 101 men over 14 hours.
The 23-year-old filmed each sexual interaction for her OnlyFans page, and even showed "proof" of the challenge completion by sharing a video of her lying in bed while declaring that the room was a "state".
She spoke about the strange triumph in an interview with Metro, saying: "When you’re in sex positions for hours, my actual body, like my limbs, were aching."
"I felt like I’d been hit by a bus... But I enjoy it and I’m passionate about it. I don’t think I’d do these crazy things if I wasn’t," she added.
It looks like the adult star, who dropped out of university at the start of this year, isn't slowing down any time soon as she has now set her sights on a new challenge: Sleeping with 1,000 men in 24 hours.
Check out Phillips' announcement below:According to News.com.au, the self-proclaimed "mattress actress" recently began taking applications for the “record-breaking event of the year," which is currently set to take place in January.
She is hoping to beat Lisa Sparks' record as the adult star slept 919 men in one day back in 2004. At the time, Sparks reportedly said she “had a blast but was in pain for a week afterward," per the outlet.
Phillips, however, has been "warming up" for several months so she can be physically ready for the challenge.
“I’ve done 101, and I’m doing 300 in a few weeks, it’s like a boxing match,” she told The Reality Check podcast, cited by The New York Post. “I think I’ll get sore towards the end, but I think I’ve got the right determination just to be able to push on.”
Dr. Zac Turner, who specializes in preventive health and wellness, has weighed in on the planned feat, warning that when “pushed to the extremes," such physical activity could hurt the body and mind.
“Fatigue diminishes the pleasurable aspects, and the constant physical exertion transitions from beneficial to harmful. While it might be a cardiovascular workout, it’s one likely to end with more harm than good,” he said.
“Sex, at its core, is a physically demanding activity that engages various muscles, the cardiovascular system, and the release of endorphins,” he told the outlet. “Done in moderation, it’s akin to a rewarding workout - promoting stress relief, cardiovascular health, and emotional bonding."
“However, when pushed to extremes, like a 24-hour sexual marathon, the physical and physiological toll can be severe,” he continued, adding that problems that can arise from sleeping with multiple partners include tearing, bruising, and general soreness.
“Lisa Sparks, the previous record holder, herself admitted to being in pain for a week following her attempt—a clear sign of excessive strain,” he added.
Dr. Turner cautioned that while consensual sex offers health benefits, these benefits would be negated by prolonged sexual activity, such as a 24-hour session.
"In an extreme scenario like this, the risks overshadow the benefits...Fatigue diminishes the pleasurable aspects, and the constant physical exertion transitions from beneficial to harmful. While it might be a cardiovascular workout, it’s one likely to end with more harm than good,” he added.
The adult star has explained that she hired a PA to organize the event schedule as well as security.
“The plan is to get a room with two doors. The logistics of this is insane,” she said. “The guys who want to take part have to send a photo of themselves holding their ID, and my PA has to basically organize them into hour timeslots.”
Phillips remarked that it was “hard enough” to find the participants she needed to beat Sparks' current record, but said getting the job completed within the “time limit” was also another difficulty.
“I’m just hoping for a conveyor belt, they need to walk in the room and then leave,” she added.
