A woman who was born with two vaginas has opened up about the worst question a man has asked her in the bedroom.
Anniee Charlotte, an OnlyFans model from the UK, was just 16 when she was diagnosed with uterus didelphys, a condition that causes the reproductive system to duplicate.
As a result, she has two uteruses, two cervixes, and two vaginal canals, though they share a single set of ovaries.
While some women with this condition opt for surgery to address specific symptoms, many, like Anniee, lead normal lives without any major complications.
Anniee has candidly spoken about living with the condition, revealing that by the time she went to university, she had begun to embrace her unique condition.
"I stopped looking at it as a medical issue, and all the problems that could arise from having children, and instead something that was just a super-cool aspect of myself because of people's reactions," she explained, per Daily Mail.
“Now, I've completely embraced it and accepted it as part of myself, and I've never been more confident," she added.
However, she also admitted that having two vaginas has sexualized her relationships in ways she never expected.
She explained that, due to her high profile on platforms like OnlyFans and her visibility in the media, her romantic relationships often start focused on sex, which can sometimes feel overwhelming.
"I feel like because of my condition, the first thing that is spoken about is sex, and sometimes I just want someone to get to know me, not my vaginas," Anniee shared.
A Shocking Question in the Bedroom
Anniee, who has grown comfortable discussing her anatomy with her partners, revealed a particularly awkward moment from one of her sexual encounters.
During an appearance on the Tea at Four podcast last month, she explained that one of the worst questions a man has ever asked her occurred during intimacy.
"Am I in the left, yeah?" one man asked, referring to her left vaginal canal.
The model admitted that she doesn't typically focus on which canal her partner is in during sex, but the question completely threw her off.
"I don't think about it when I'm having sex... so sometimes I'd be having sex with someone and they literally be on top of me and we'll be in the moment, and they'll be like 'which one am I in?'" she recalled.
She said the question "kills the mood," but quipped that she still stops to think about which vagina they are in and tells them.
Living with Sexualization and Judgement
Despite the unusual question, Anniee has come to terms with her condition and the attention it brings.
However, she acknowledges that her job as an OnlyFans model has led to a degree of sexualization in her relationships.
Per Yahoo, some of the men she dates often feel like she's "in love" with the guys she makes content with, and "compare themselves" to them.
This comparison has, at times, been difficult to navigate. Anniee recalled instances where men she's dated watched her adult films and expressed insecurity.
"I've had partners before watch the tapes back and be like 'you looked like you were enjoying sleeping with that guy more than you've ever with me,'" she explained. "People don't feel comfortable with it, and they don't date me at all because they can't get past it."
Anniee also shared that, despite her openness about her anatomy, nearly all of her sexual partners never notice her condition until she brings it up.
"I've had experiences where I've told them 'By the way, I have two vaginas' and they're like, 'What?'" she said, highlighting just how little awareness there is about uterus didelphys.
Despite the judgment she faces, the model says she loves her work in the adult industry and finds it inspiring.
"I don't expect to come home and tell my partner how my day was on set with another man, but I want to feel not awkward about coming home and having a chat with them," she stated.
