We have all been warned of the risks and side-effects that come with undergoing a cosmetic procedure. However, never before have I heard of anybody ending up with a head that looks like Buzz Lightyear's.
Well, that's exactly what happened to 19-year-old Sofia Marroquin from Australia, who took to TikTok to not only show off her "new look", but also her loved ones' reaction to her newly square head.

Marroquin claims that she was left with a brick-shaped head after "getting her face done" and allegedly undergoing a Kybella treatment. This involves nonsurgical injections that are used to reduce excess fat under a person's chin.
But after receiving the non-invasive treatment, Marroquin was left with excess swelling and bruising that resulted in her face literally having right-angles.

In social media video, she says: "Yep, so just got some lovely needles into my face. My family has absolutely no idea what I've just done and I'm about to get their reaction."
And their reactions were P-R-I-C-E-L-E-S-S.
First up, it was time to see what dad thought of his daughter's Schwarzenegger-like head.

Bringing his hand to his mouth, the teen's dad cries out: "Oh my goodness!"
Sofia's sister then walks in and reacts exactly how I would if my sibling ended up with a square-head - and that is to run throughout the house and drop to the floor while laughing.

Marroquin's best friend then appears in the video, and is seen approaching the front door of Sophia's family home.
Her BFF then admits she was "scared" by her new look, and approaches with caution.

As of this writing, the video has amassed over 3.6 million views.
In a follow-up video, Sofia explains how her face ended up looking square, telling her followers:
"Lots of people have been asking why I made my face look like a rectangle. I didn't purposefully make my face look like a rectangle.
"I got a treatment done called Kybella which removes fat from the lower part of your face. People tend to get it for your double chin but I got it in my jowls area.
"Mine was really fatty covering up my jaw so I just wanted to remove that fat - just a little bit - just to make it look a little better. That's all.
"It's still really swollen and really numb, I can't feel that."
Per The Sun, Kybella is an FDA-approved treatment and, according to Healthline, some common side effects include pain, swelling, bruising, redness, and numbness.
