However, never before have I heard of anybody ending up with a head that looks like Buzz Lightyear's. This involves nonsurgical injections that are used to reduce excess fat under a person's chin. In a follow-up video, Sofia explains how her face ended up looking square, telling her followers: "Lots of people have been asking why I made my face look like a rectangle. I didn't purposefully make my face look like a rectangle. "I got a treatment done called Kybella which removes fat from the lower part of your face. People tend to get it for your double chin but I got it in my jowls area. "Mine was really fatty covering up my jaw so I just wanted to remove that fat - just a little bit - just to make it look a little better. That's all.
