It's an honor to be asked to be someone's best man, and it's a job typically reserved for the person who knows the groom best, which is why many people opt to ask a sibling to take on the role.
After all, they've grown up with the groom, and they will inevitably be full of brilliant anecdotes that will likely have guests splitting their sides with laughter when they give the much-anticipated speech.
So when Will Claussen, 24, from Hackensack, Minnesota, got engaged and began to plan his big day, there was only one choice for his best man: his 22-year-old brother Henry Joe, who has Down Syndrome.
Watch the heartwarming moment Will asks Henry Joe to be his best man below:The whole event was caught on camera and Will went out of his way to ask Henry in the most memorable way possible.
On August 15, he buried a glass bottle in his backyard with a special note inside, asking for his brother's help at his wedding to his fiancé AJ Johns, 24, in July next year.
The footage above was filmed by AJ and it features Henry digging in the backyard to find the bottle and the message inside.

"You hit something!" Will says as Henry Joe digs in the garden.
"What is that?" AJ says. "Is that a message inside?"
"Will, did you put that in here?"
"What does it say?" AJ asks. "What does it say?"
"It could be a prank!" Henry Joe says.
When the two brothers open it up the message in the bottle, the note reads: "Henry Joe, you're already the best bro and the best friend, so will you say yes to being my best man? Love Will."
"What?" Henry Joe exclaims.
"Wanna be my best man?" Will asks.
The two brothers then embrace in a heartwarming show of affection, and it is clear just how much this meant to both Will and Henry Joe.
"You want to say yes?" Will asks after Henry Joe has jumped into his arms and he simply nods.
We'd like to take this opportunity to congratulate the two brothers and of course, AJ and Will on their engagement!
