Jessica Alves, previously known as the "Human Ken Doll", has opened up about her sex reassignment surgery just days after the procedure.

In an interview with MailOnline, Jessica spoke about her plans for breast enlargement just over a week after her latest surgery in Bangkok, Thailand.

The 37-year-old told the publication that she felt "born again" following her six-hour gender reassignment surgery. She also opened up about her relief after feeling trapped in the wrong body for years.

In a video originally posted to her Instagram, Jessica spoke about the surgery nine days after the procedure.

Speaking to her 1.2 million followers, she explains:

"It's been nine days after my sex reassignment surgery and I'm feeling absolutely great, I can sing, I can dance, I can do everything.

"It feels very different, and today is the first day I'm actually I'm gonna go out, I'm gonna go to a hair salon to wash my hair I'm so happy I'm like a new person.

"Next surgery I'm going to have a breast implant I'm gonna be having my breasts bigger and fuller. And also doctor will remove this implant because I keep having problems with this chin implant and shave this jawline."

Jessica explained to MailOnline that she will be exchanging her 725cc breast implants for larger 1200cc implants.

"Also, my chin implant will be removed and my jawline will be shaved on the v-shape so my face will look more feminine," she added.

On Monday, Jessica spoke to hosts of the UK breakfast show This Morning about her Penile-Peritoneal Vaginoplasty.

She explained: "The aesthetics of my vagina is exactly the same as a biological vagina, I look at it all the time. In three months' time, it will behave like a biological vagina. It's elastic, it self-lubricates."

The influencer added: "I promised myself I was not going to cry. My life will start now. I'm going to continue doing television shows. I've done more than 400 television shows as a man and will continue as a woman."

Jessica also confessed to undergoing multiple cosmetic surgery procedures when she lived as Rodrigo because she was unhappy with her assigned gender.

Alves has been refreshingly open about the personal pressures she felt while living as a man but wanting to be a woman.

In an interview last July, she spoke about the surgeries involved in the transitioning process, explaining:

"Yes, it is scary, but it’s what I have to do to be the person I am today.

"I don’t wish that I transitioned earlier, I had to go through all that experience as a man and that suffering I was going through inside myself."

Speaking to This Morning hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford, she said: "I have always known that I was a woman since the age of three, four, five, six. I always played with dolls I was in touch with my feminine side."
