A video has surfaced online, demonstrating male-to-female sex reassignment surgery and people are fascinated by the procedure.
The surgery involves the testicles being removed, a procedure known as orchiectomy. The skin from the scrotum is used to construct the labia and the erectile tissue of the penis is used to construct the clitoris. The urethra is preserved and functional.
This surgery gives the patient aesthetic and functional female genitalia in an operation that lasts four to five hours.
