Social media users have slammed a man who allegedly bought a woman a drink at a bar one night, only to later grab it from her hands after she danced with someone else.
TikTok user Geo Tinoco (@georgievids) wrote in the caption of his video that he met a "nice" lady with whom he thought he was hitting it off.
"She chatted me up and even gave me her number but as soon as I gave her the drink, she walked away from me and started to talk to a different dude," Tinoco claimed.
Deciding to take matters into his own hands, the TikToker had a friend film him as he walked over to the woman on the dance floor.
Watch Geo's TikTok below:Without hesitating, George interrupted the woman - who seemed very confused - and took the drink from her hand. He then put his lips on the straw of the beverage and started sipping on what remained.
After a few seconds, she let go of the cup, and the man finished the drink completely. The TikToker then smiled at the camera, giving it two thumbs up before dancing. "yk I had to," his post caption concluded.
George's video has been viewed more than 279K times on the social media platform, and the comment section was flooded with online users criticizing him for his actions.
One user wrote: "So drink = expecting something? Red flag."
Another commented: "She dodged a bullet..good for you girl!", while a third person simply said: "She wasn’t on a date with you so why do you feel she owed you all her attention? I see nothing wrong with her doing what she came there to do, dance."
A fourth added: "She doesn’t owe you anything, not even a dance. If you get her a drink that’s up to you."

The TikToker tried to explain why he took the drink back, penning: "I got her the drink because she asked me for it, I don’t ever buy drinks unless I know them already." He added that he "didn’t expect anything in return" but implied that her dancing with someone else "was rude".
In another comment, Geo also claimed that he wasn't going to buy the woman a drink "right away like that".

A vast majority of the comments came from people describing his behavior as a huge red flag. Do you guys agree?
