A mom has sparked division online after revealing that she let her pal breastfeed her baby when she'd had a little too much to drink.
Grace, whose TikTok handle is @gregariously_grace, took to the social media platform to post a video of her friend breastfeeding her baby, which raised eyebrows among many commenters.
The video, which has since racked up 1.6 million views and counting, shows the Florida native's friend breastfeeding the child as the infant's real mom watches on.
Check out the video below:In the text overlay, she writes: "When you're a few drinks in so you let your friend nurse your baby."
The video received a mixed response, with some questioning the TikToker for allowing a person unrelated to her child to breastfeed it.
One person wrote: "Nope, that’s a special bond I had with my child I wouldn’t ever do this. But respect your decision."

Another simply said: "Nooo."

A third asked: "Why do people think that’s ok?"

Others rallied around the mom, with one writing: "It's wild to me how many people think HUMAN milk from another person is wrong but are happy to feed their 'milk' from another species entirely."

Another added: "This is lovely. You can still nurse after a drink or two (or three) but if a friend can help out - why not. I would be honoured to do this."

Following the backlash, Grace uploaded a follow up video, in which her friend is once again seen breastfeeding her baby.
In the video, Grace shows the moment her friend nurses her baby, while she sits by and watches.
She says in the video: "My friend has a seven month old. Her baby is out of the state for the weekend. I let her nurse him to strengthen his immune system and also to relieve her,' she said in her follow up video."
Grace adds: "It's absolutely okay to drink and nurse. If you're feeling sober enough to drive, you can nurse."
The mother of one goes on to say that she allowed her friend to breastfeed her little one because she "trusts" her as her pal also breastfeeds her own child.
