A mom has taken to Instagram to reveal that she puts her breast milk on her face as an anti-aging product.

London-based influencer Si-Si Shoffman explained that she began the unusual skincare treatment last summer when she had her son Clayton Jagger last summer.

The 30-year-old is now urged her 14,000 Instagram followers to add what she is dubbing "liquid gold" to their own skincare routines.

Watch the video below:

Si-Si captioned the post of her glowing skin on Instagram: "Attention all mamas and mamas to be...it's called liquid gold for a reason. Get that liquid gold on your face."

The influencer then listed all of the skin problems that she claims breast milk can help with.

"It's magically anti-inflammatory. It stimulates the production of normal healthy skin bacteria, which will fight any problematic bacteria (almost like your own natural probiotic).

"It can topically help any hormonal imbalances when applied on the skin. It naturally contains growth factors which essentially make the skin regenerate, meaning it's anti-ageing."

Si-Si added: "So you may think ... SHE IS CRAZY ... for applying that to her face.... My response is: you are for not."

The influencer shows herself applying breast milk to her face using a syringe before adding a moisturizer to keep it as fresh looking as possible.

Si-Si, however, doesn't just use any old breast milk on her face, but colostrum, which is the milk produced during the first few days after a person gives birth.

Needless to say, Si-Si's video about how she uses her colostrum did not go unnoticed on the social media website.

One viewer commented: "Haha why not use it if you're willing to feed it to your baby right!"
