Most of us don't like to think about our eventual deaths, but it's an inevitable part of life, and if you and your loved ones happen to have a wicked sense of humor, it can be a great opportunity for some posthumous laughs.

It's for this reason that the brilliant obituary for an Idaho with has been going viral.

Holly Black's mortal coil ended on August 17 this year, or, as her hilarious obituary put it, she "exploded into glitter and bats".

"Holly Blair exploded into glitter and bats on Aug. 17, 2020. She is survived by four spoiled cats, two stinky dogs, three bad birds, a turtle, and an utterly useless frog named Fred, as well as three children and a husband of little to no importance. Her remains will be interred under a tree with the ridiculous multitude of animals she rescued, both wild and domestic," the obituary reads.

"Her future plans include drinking beer with Terry Pratchett and flying across the moon on her broomstick on Halloween. She has also promised to communicate with us from the beyond via the cockatiel psyche. We ask that everyone carve extra jack-o'-lanterns on Halloween this year in her honor. All hail the wicked witch of Juniper Road!' it reads.

Because of the sheer brilliance of the obituary page, even people who didn't know Holly decided to pay tribute on her memory wall.

"I never had the pleasure of meeting this glorious woman, but I will be sure to carve a pumpkin in her honor this year. My deepest condolences to her surviving family and animals," one person wrote.

"This is the most amazing tribute I have ever read," a second wrote.

But perhaps most brilliantly of all, Holly even had a rescue squirrel named in her humor.

A third person wrote: "What an inspiration you were! As a fellow animal rehabber, I’ll continue rescuing wildlife and spreading rhinestones and cobwebs everywhere I go, just as you would appreciate. My latest rescue squirrel is named Holly.
