A creepy house for sale has gone viral after pictures of eerie-looking life-size dolls taken inside the property were posted online.
Twitter user Amanda Diebert took to the platform to share a property website link to the home, which is currently on the market. She wrote in the caption: "Absolutely nothing creepy to see here."
Clicking through to the link brings you to a number of photographs taken inside the spine-tingling property, where several fully-clothed female mannequins are seen standing around or posing in some way.
Many of the life-like figures are dressed in ball gowns of various colors.
In other rooms in the house, mannequins of a man, two children as well as a dog are seen. Most of the "women" in this particular room are standing while one lays on the floor. They are also joined by none other than the statue of the Virgin Mary.
The detached home is found on Primrose Road, South Lake Tahoe in California, and it has been listed for $650,000.
According to the description on the website: "With a little love, this duplex has great income property potential. There is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit upstairs and a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with a 1 car garage downstairs.
"Large driveway that can accommodate numerous cars. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity! Property to be sold as-is."
According to the site, the home was built back in 1967.
Needless to say, people had plenty to say about the bizarre images on Twitter, with one suggesting: "I feel like we just took a glimpse inside Ted Cruz's mind."
Another person asked: "Can a realtor answer me this please: why in the hell would you not tell the owner to remove that shit beforehand? It's distracting and just effing weird."
A third said: "The mannequins are creepy and all, but i can’t get over how from a distance this pile of clothes on the bed looks like the shredder, shirtless and laying seductively on the bed."
One person even suggested the home could be a good basis for another American Horror Story season.
A final person shared: "I can’t tell what scares me more: the collection of hairless little girl dolls or the “seductive” creature stretched out on the floor???"
