A Delta Air Lines pilot's heartfelt farewell speech has left plane passengers nothing short of emotional.
Captain Conrad worked for Delta Air Lines for more than 43 years, and he decided to cite some impressive career statistics before taking to the cockpit one final time.
In a now-viral TikTok, the captain asked his passengers: "How many people here were born before 1976?"
A few people went on to raise their hands. "Oh, we got a lot of old people on this plane. I'm disappointed," he joked.
The emotional pilot then paused for a brief moment before opening up about his career.
Watch the viral TikTok below:He went on: "1976... I took my first training flight in the Air Force, at the Air Force Academy in Colorado.
"So 43 years later, and eight different airplanes, and about 10,000-12,000 flights and 25,000 hours of flying, I'm glad to have you here on my last flight."
The original video was posted to YouTube a year ago by user aggiestudd07, who captioned said that it was "such a neat opportunity to experience this as a family".
In the two-and-a-half-minute video, Captain Conrad generously explained that the passengers on his final flight could have free drinks.
"I'm authorizing free drinks to anybody who wants one. We'll put it on Delta’s Tab," he said, prompting cheer among passengers.

Reacting to the emotional footage, one TikTok user wrote: "Just think about that..... 12,000 flights, and he made sure every single flight people made it to their destination safely... that's a real one [sic]."
A second added: "25,000 hours. That is a whole different level of mastery."
A third wrote: "Fantastic. That's wonderful. He must have so many stories."
A fourth remarked: "You can tell [he] really cares about his job!! And also who is cutting onions."
A fifth wrote alongside crying emojis: "The lady who was half asleep then raised her hand."
