A CEO has been exposed on TikTok for allegedly refusing to hire Black people.

The video was posted by TikTok user Denise Bradley (@auntkaren0) as one of her "racist of the day" videos on July 27, and it features a CEO named Eileen Cure in a video titled "C'mon Eileen".

The clip includes screenshots of a conversation that Cure allegedly had with another employee about a Black candidate on Skype.

Watch the TikTok below:

In the message, the CEO describes interviewing the Black candidate as a "complete waste of my time" because "our clients are 90% white" and she needs "needs to cater to them".

She wrote: "I wanted to tell you I specifically said no blacks.. I'm not a prejudice person, but our clients are 90% white and I need to cater to them.. so that interview was a complete waste of my time.. so please don't second guess me or go against what I ask..listen to me and give me what I ask for please [sic]."

Bradley then asked her followers to help take down the CEO, saying: "It's like I always say, the devil works harder but we work harder."

She explained that if the exchange is what it appears to be, Cure is "practicing discrimination and we need to hold her accountable."

The video did not go unnoticed on TikTok as it's been liked over 323.6K times and received thousands of comments, at the time of writing.

Reacting to the video, one person wrote: "These same people like to claim we don't wanna work but then deny us employment."

A fourth then penned: "This is what we talk about when we say systemic racism but you want to tell us it doesn't exist. This white privilege in action."

Meanwhile, a fifth added: "Whoever set up that interview knew exactly what they were doing... and they needed evidence. And thank you to them!!!"

A sixth revealed: "I'm from that area! We're on it! They've already turned off the reviews on her companies [sic] page!"

Investment News reports that Cure has described the TikTok videos as "false and defamatory" and said that they have led to threats of bodily harm against her and her staff.

LPL Financial has now severed all its ties with Cure as a result of the videos.

In a statement, an LPL spokesperson said: "Following our process for review of adviser conduct, Ms. Cure is no longer a client of the firm."

Bradley said she believes a white woman being "caught being racist" but who would "rather look like the victim, up against a Black woman" is something that has been seen "done in history time and time again."

She ended the email saying "welcome any challenge that Eileen has" as she will "always stand up against racism and this issue is no different."
