A newlywed has taken to social media to share footage of the moment her wedding videographer insulted her wedding guests.

Earlier this month, mom Lois Ghost-Adderley took to the Facebook group 'UK Wedding Suppliers & Brides' to share her horrific experience with the group's 10,000+ members.

In her post, she writes: "Good afternoon all, I'm hoping this is not against the rules - my goal is to spread awareness of an unprofessional supplier at a time when costs are high and there are other incredible professionals who will do a fantastic job."

She explains that for her 2021 wedding, she and her new husband hired James David Films for £1,600 ($1,980) to capture their special day on video.

The bride admits that there were some "niggles" with the footage, such as the videographer allegedly capturing more footage of plus ones rather than actual family members, but she says that she didn't "want to rock the boat".

One year later, and they were contacted by James, who informed the couple that he was looking to delete their wedding footage from his shared webpage, and that the couple should download any videos they wanted while they still could,

"We took this as our opportunity to ask whether he had any original footage from our first dance that included the audio," Ghost-Adderley explains in her post, to which, James said he did - however, the raw footage would cost the couple a further £100.

Ghost-Adderley says in her post that she "felt like this was a bit steep, but it meant a lot to us to have this footage so agreed."

However, after reviewing the footage, the couple say they were horrified to find James allegedly insulting their wedding guests to his girlfriend (who Ghost-Adderley says he "insisted" on bringing for the day).

The bride attached a video to her post showing the moment a male voice can be heard saying "What the f**k is wrong with these people? F***ing m*ngs," while the wedding guests talk among themselves.

Ghost-Adderley says that not only did the couple not receive an apology for the comments, but that the videographer blocked them across social media.

"So I highly doubt he is sorry," she writes. "I want to spread awareness of his unprofessionalism."

After group members viewed the footage for themselves, the couple were flooded with supportive comments from other Facebook users.

"I am so sorry you have had this experience. So unprofessional," one person wrote.

A second added: "Wow what an idiot! There's messing up then there's messing up," while a third commented: "Oh my goodness I'm speechless!"

According to the Daily Mail, James David of James David Films has since apologized and taken responsibility for the error, and says that he will be doing what he can to resolve the situation with the couple.
