A 63-year-old grandma and her 26-year-old husband have given an update as they prepare to welcome their first child.

Cheryl McGregor and Quran McCain are popular TikTokers who have garnered millions of followers on the social media platform as viewers have been left fascinated by their 37-year age gap.

McGregor - who is already a mother-of-seven and grandmother-of-17 - tied the knot with her much younger beau in 2021 after McCain proposed on a live stream to 20,000 people.

Three years later, the couple announced that they were expecting a baby via surrogacy, as Cheryl was unable to carry her own child due to her age.

Watch the announcement video below:

The soon-to-be parents shared a video with the caption: "It's finally happening we're starting our family," and showed ultrasound images from the surrogate's scan, and moments from their visit to the doctor, where they heard their future baby's heartbeat for the first time.

"I can't wait, we finally get to start our little family. I'm so happy. I'm gonna be a father. We got a family, finally," Quran remarked. As part of the announcement, they also hashtagged "happiness" and "thank god" as part of the caption.

Now, the pair took to TikTok once again to excitedly share a sonogram with their 4.7 million followers and reveal the details of the latest addition to the family.

Watch the update below:

In the clip shared on June 12, the couple are seen side-by-side on a park bench.

"We're back with another update and," Quran said before Cheryl interjected: "We got pictures of our baby and that is starting to develop now. It looks like a baby now and it is so adorable."

The lovebirds could not control their smiles as the father-to-be continued: "The best part is our baby is forming. It's healthy...We find out the gender next week and it's pretty amazing. I'm ready like y'all just don't know."

Speaking about reaching the second trimester, Quran said: "We made it past that big milestone of risk and all that. Y'all will be seeing our surrogate soon."

The video amassed 2.4 million views and was flooded with messages of support from viewers.

"Congrats!! Y’all will be incredible parents. love you guys," one person commented while another said: "Congratulations!!! I think it’s a blessing!"

A third praised: "I’m happy for you guy, nothing is impossible," and a fourth added: "[You're] so blessed to experience such a beautiful bundle of joy. Your baby will be so rich in love."

The couple first met in 2012 - when Quran was just 15 years old - while they were working at the fast food chain Dairy Queen.

They lost contact for a while but reconnected in November 2020 when Quran saw the mom-of-seven working as a cashier at a convenience store.

The TikTokers began sharing videos and then sparks instantly flew. They began dating and soon became viral sensations on the platform because of their nearly four-decade age difference.
