Lily Phillips has taken part in a new interview where she's made a heartbreaking confession regarding her content.

It's the adult star's hope to become the first person to sleep with over 1000 people in a 24-hour period.
In a warm-up for this, Phillips slept with 101 men in 24 hours and it has caused quite a bit of controversy.
Each man was given five minutes with Phillips before her phone alarm signaled the end of their turn.
Despite the physically and mentally exhausting nature of the challenge, Phillips described the event as “a huge success”.
However, in a new interview on The Shizzio Show, Phillips has made a pretty heartbreaking claim.
The podcast, hosted by Shizzio - whose TikTok videos have amassed over 35 million views - provided a platform for Phillips to discuss her journey.
Phillips revealed that her self-respect is “out of the window” as she continues her pursuit to break the world record for sleeping with the most men in 24 hours.
"I don’t even know what self-respect means at this point," she admitted.
When asked directly about her self-respect, Phillips responded: “None of it, mate. Out the window.” Reflecting on her decisions, she added: “I think I just don’t know the meaning of it.”
Despite this, Phillips insisted: “I respect myself, I guess,” clarifying that she honors her choices and desires: “I respect my k*nks and wanting to do that and honoring that.”
Many viewers expressed concern about Phillips’ admissions, with comments describing her remarks as “painful” and “sad.”
"No. I’m actually heartbroken for her," one person said, as a second added: "This woman is absolutely broken and it is SO sad."
A third said: "I really do hope she grows up and finds herself and her happiness cause this is so sad."
Despite the backlash and health warnings, Phillips remains resolute in her goal to break a world record.
The current record for the most men slept with in 24 hours, held by adult film star Lisa Sparks, stands at 919 men.
Phillips has set her sights even higher, aiming to sleep with 1,000 men in a single day.
Health experts have sounded alarms about the physical and psychological risks associated with such extreme challenges.
Dr. Zac Turner, a preventive health specialist, explained to the New York Post: “Sex, at its core, is a physically demanding activity that engages various muscles, the cardiovascular system, and the release of endorphins.”
While moderate sexual activity can be beneficial, Turner stressed the dangers of such an extreme undertaking.
“Fatigue diminishes the pleasurable aspects, and the constant physical exertion transitions from beneficial to harmful,” he said, warning of risks including tearing, bruising, soreness, and long-term strain on the body.
