A man has been slammed after he took it upon himself to mansplain golfing to a woman at a driving range... not realizing that she is a professional.
Golf is a sport that is often underappreciated, but once you get down to a driving range and smash a few balls, it can be extremely therapeutic.
Despite it being open to anyone, an often baseless belief is that golf is an old man's game... but that couldn't be further from the truth.
Golf coach and PGA professional Georgia Ball isn't someone who needs to be told how to swing a club, and yet one man decided to do it anyway.

Credit: Mike Powell/GettyGeorgia, known as @georgiagolfcoach on social media, shared the now-viral clip, which has gained widespread attention, showing her diligently practicing her swing while recording herself when the man interrupts with his unwelcome input.
In the video, the man can be heard saying "excuse me," before launching into a critique of Georgia's technique. Despite Georgia's calm demeanor and attempts to explain her deliberate adjustments, the man persisted.
"What you're doing there, you shouldn't be doing that," he said. "You should be right through. Swing and follow through. You're going too slow on the way up."
Despite Georgia explaining herself, the man went on: "What you're doing there is coming back too slow. I've been playing golf for 20 years. What you need to do is follow through a lot quicker than you are doing right now."
Watch the interaction below:Even after Georgia successfully executed a shot, the man shamelessly attempted to take credit for her improvement, much to Georgia's bemusement.
The professional golfer looked at the camera in complete disbelief and simply said "thanks for your advice," to end the interaction.
The encounter has ignited a flurry of reactions online, with many condemning the man's behavior as intrusive and highlighting the gender dynamics at play.
One person said: "Omg. The way he cuts you off. The way he took credit for your swing and the way you strike the ball. Absolutely not… Props to you for laughing it off, I probably wouldn’t have been as nice."
Another said: "It is my BIGGEST frustration when I’m at the driving range. Unfortunately men always feel the need to comment on my swing or want to coach me. Guys take note: Please don’t."
A third person said: "This video is the kind of one that circulates and gets reddit famous for the prime example of mainsplaining. He doesn't take the hint or even listen. And takes credit for your next hit like he helped!!! Ugh. You handled it well, but we shouldn't have to handle this condescension."
