A Playboy model has claimed that she has had her photographs removed from a dating app for being too, well, hot.
Tahlia Paris, 24, from Los Angeles, California, joined the dating app from Bumble after the end of her last relationship and four years of singledom, news.com.au reported.
The influencer and OnlyFans creator went on to explain that shortly afterward, she received an email from the app telling her that her pictures have been removed.
And in her humble opinion, the only reason that they were removed by the moderators of the app is that they were simply too hot.
This woman believes that she's too good looking to find love:Describing the pictures, Paris said that they consisted of a selfie and a picture that a friend had taken at the beach, neither of which, Paris said, made her look like a professional model.
She said that she decided not to use professional pictures because she wanted men to date her for being an ordinary-looking girl and not because of her job.
Adding that she was fully clothed in all of the pictures too, so they were not breaking any sexual content policies, she said that one of her motivations for joining the website was the ongoing pandemic, which made it difficult for her to meet people.
Paris said that there are a number of accounts impersonating her on social media and using her modeling pictures to make money, with one account garnering almost half a million followers.
Now, the model is unsure whether or not the world of online dating is for her after having her pictures removed from Bumble, and is reluctant to create another online dating profile in case the same thing happens again.
News.com.au reports that Bumble said their photo policy prevents people from using pictures of themselves in underwear or swimwear in their profiles.
