A man who was left paralyzed after a dirt bike accident and his fiancée have answered the one question everyone is always asking.

Two years ago, Neven Hart, from southern California, was out camping with his parents and his partner Amber Cogbill's family when he underwent a horrific accident.

Neven revealed on TikTok that he doesn't remember how the incident unfolded because he "knocked himself out when [he] got hurt" but explained that he took off on his dirt bike and was on the floor within 30 seconds.

"We are unsure of exactly how he crashed because no one saw it actually happen and he knocked himself out. Neven is paralyzed from his T6 vertebrae and below," his fiancée told BuzzFeed.

The T6 vertebrae are located mid-torso, so the man "cannot feel or move anything below his injury," Amber told the outlet.

This revelation has led to many viewers wondering how Neven, who is in his early twenties, can engage in physical activities with his partner when he has lost feeling and movement below his injury.

The pair created a TikTok page to shed more light on their experiences as an interabled couple to their 548K followers.

In a recent educational clip shared on the platform, they openly addressed intrusive questions about how they can have sex.

Watch the clip below:

Amber hilariously began the video with a disclaimer to her and Neven's relatives to skip the video if they don't want to hear about the intimate part of their love life.

She then shared that Neven injects a medication called Trimix into the base of his p*nis, which will allow him to be fully erect within five minutes. The two vials cost $140 and are not covered by insurance.

After, the couple gets creative with the positions they learned during physical therapy. Amber then told people that her partner is far from a "pillow princess," as he uses a chair called Intimate Rider to help them.

The chair, which costs $500 and is designed for individuals living with spinal cord injuries and other mobility-limiting disabilities, moves back and forth when the person sitting on it moves their head.

Many people took to the comment section to applaud the couple for their vulnerability on such a sensitive matter.

"You owe no explanation to anyone. Still so kind of you educating those that can relate to your situation," one user said, while another penned: "I think it’s great how transparent you guys are. I’m sure this helps many others in the same boat."

"I appreciate how much you are willing to share. I'm certain many people benefit from your videos," a third added.

Amber explained to BuzzFeed that they shared the video in hopes of educating people that intimacy is still possible.

"We decided to share our explainer on how we have sex because when Neven first got injured, that topic was one of the main things that we wondered about, and wanted to know if it was still possible," she said.

"Unfortunately, there was no information on the internet geared toward this, and no one was willing to answer such personal questions. Knowing what we know now, we are posting this information so we can help other young couples or individuals who are going through the same thing," she concluded.
