Using football as its primary tool, Street Football Wales does incredible work promoting social inclusion for those who are typically marginalised in society. She is now serving as an inspiration and mentor to others as to what can be achieved through SFW and being part of a team. Sophie started playing football at SFW through the Swansea Young Single Homeless Project in 2017 when she was living in the organisation's supported accommodation. It has drastically changed her life - and her outlook on life - for the better. Sophie isn't alone when it comes to benefitting from this incredible project.
