A wife has decided to roast her husband on the internet after he shaved his beard off for the first time in years.
Taking to TikTok, Sophie Clarke posted a video showing her husband without his thick beard after allegedly “begging” him to shave it off.
Now, girlies, I have to warn you, that when you make a request as big as this one, you have to be ready to face the consequences of your actions.
And that’s exactly what Sophie was forced to do.

The video, which has been viewed over 38.5 million times, first showed the TikToker’s husband working out at the gym with his long, blonde tresses and his matching beard, before the clip cuts to him walking into the room looking as smooth as a baby’s butt.
The stark contrast between the two looks elicited 51,000 comments under the post, with many left shocked at what they had just witnessed.
“Glue it back on omg,” wrote one user while another added: “That... cant.. is not the same person… I refuse to believe it.”
A third also chimed into the conversation writing: “That’s your wife now.”
Yikes.
Others also compared the different looks with this TikToker commenting: “Went from Thor to Steve Harrington,” and perhaps my favorite comment: “He went from Viking to Kate Moss.”
Some people tried to make Sophie feel a bit better with this one person writing: “I was scared at first, but hear me out! Straighten his hair and he looks just like Legolas!!,” while this user also agreed, stating: "Am I the only one who thinks he looks good without his beard?"
But it seems as though she was having a hard time coming to terms with her partner’s new look.
She revealed to her followers that she actually shed a tear or two upon seeing him.
“POV: you begged your heavily bearded, long-haired husband to clean shave for the first time in years and it was the worst idea known to man (I cried). How did his barber allow this?” she wrote in the caption of the clip.
And this isn’t the first time that the TikToker was left shocked at her husband adopting a new look, as he’s previously chopped off his long, blonde hair and swapped it out for the trendiest style on the block in 2024… a mullet.
Have a look at the video below:I mean, the good thing about this is that hair grows back so he’ll be back to his ol’ rugged self in no time.
