We've all been there. Sometimes, when our stomachs are rumbling, there's only one thing that will do the trick: McDonald's.

However, as I and many others have learned the hard way, when it comes to ordering McDonald's, more often than not, our eyes can be much bigger than our bellies.

This is something that one mom learned by proxy when her toddler borrowed her phone and ordered $100 worth of food.

Raissa Andrade, a 32-year-old mom from Recife, Brazil, left her phone unattended, and it was then that her son Tom decided to order the ultimate McDonald's banquet, which, true to kid form, contained a lot of Happy Meals.

In the video below, kids taste test McDonald's new vegetarian Happy Meal:

Raissa said that her four-year-old son was only left alone very briefly after she returned home from the hospital and decided to take a shower.

Despite being such a young child, the four-year-old was able to successfully order the McDonald's using a voice request. Not only this, but he was even able to confirm the correct address, ensuring that the fast-food feast arrived at the right place.

As per Bored Panda, Raissa told local media that her son must have worked out how to order food from her as she has ordered them takeout in this way during the pandemic before.

So, what exactly did the four-year-old order? I hear you ask.

Well, he purchased six Happy Meals, six promotional meals, ten milkshakes, eight McSundaes, eight bottles of water, and eight special offer toys.

As you can imagine, Raissa was more than a little surprised when she received a phone call from reception to say that there were a total of ten bags of McDonald's waiting for her downstairs, but she did see the funny side of the incident.

Hilariously, however, four-year-old Tom wasn't satisfied with his order and complained that he hadn't received the "yellow minion" toy he'd asked for or his apple pie. For shame, McDonald's!

Thankfully, none of the monster order went to waste, either, and Raissa was able to safely share the food with other family members who live in the same building.
