A heartwarming video has gone viral on social media this week, showing the moment when a server was surprised by an absolutely massive tip from one of her customers.
Per Fox News, the video was uploaded by a woman named Keyondra New, who runs an Instagram account called TipaServer, where she sources donations to give to people in the service industry who have been struggling financially.

Ashley was so touched by this display of altruism that she immediately burst into tears and gave Keyondra a hug to say thanks.
The video was captioned:
"Today I had the pleasure of tipping Ashley $800! If you look around business is slower than normal. Ashely said 'tips are getting a lil bit better but she still struggling to make ends meet.' [sic]"
The caption added:
"She was trembling so much when I embraced her. This one actually made me cry. I don’t know if the universe and I are just aligned like that but God keeps sending me on the right place. She definitely needed it and deserved it. [sic]"
According to a recent report by WMWL-TV, Keyondra was inspired to launch her TipaServer campaign due to her own feelings of frustration over how much the hospitality and restaurant industry has suffered as a result of lockdown restrictions.
In an interview, Keyondra stated:
"I was sitting home looking for a way to help. I remember feeling lost, feeling confused, looking for a purpose. I was affected in a major way, right?God has been covering me, so other people probably didn’t have the same covering or the same help. So I wanted to find a way to help."
A number of social media viewers seemed to appreciate Keyondra's kindness almost as much as Ashley did! For instance, one viewer wrote in the comments that:
"The money may not be life changing but the gesture certainly is! We each can be moved to perform a kindness for a stranger today. That is my wish. [sic]"
According to Keyondra, this latest tip marks the third TipaServer gratuity this month. So if you're a waiter, bartender, or barista, trying your best to make ends meet, then keep an eye out for her in future: she might give you a very special reward!
