A TikToker revealed she got in trouble at work for recruiting her identical twin to cover for her while she went on vacation.

Ari and Noe Chance, who go by the handle @chance_twins on TikTok, shared a recent video with the caption: “WE MESSED UP.”

The clip showed an alleged email Ariane got from her manager after he apparently discovered that Noe pretended to be her at work.

“My boss saw the video my twin posted while covering for me at work,” she wrote in the overlay text, as she held her hand over her face.

The subject of the email addressed Ariane's “unacceptable behavior” regarding her absence from work.

It then referenced another video Noe posted of her appearing to be driving to her twin's workplace, with the caption: "Me replacing my twin at work while she's on a trip because her leave request got denied."

The boss allegedly said that the twins' plan was a "slap in the face" to Ariane's colleagues and the company, adding: “I shouldn’t have to remind you of the importance of professional conduct, both within and outside the workplace."

"Your actions not only reflect poorly on yourself but also tarnish the reputation of our company. This level of disregard for protocol and decorum is frankly shocking and will not be tolerated," they added.

The manager continued by asking for “an immediate explanation” for the woman's behavior and for her to give a “plan of action to rectify this situation," as well as requested that she give a “sincere apology for the embarrassment and disruption [she] cause”.

Her boss then referred to the email as “a final warning,” before adding: “Any further instances of misconduct with results in serious consequences, including potential disciplinary action."

"I expect to hear from you promptly to discuss how we can address this egregious breach of trust and professionalism,” they wrote, concluding with “disappointed regards”.

The clip went viral on the social media platform, amassing 84.4K followers and thousands of comments from viewers sharing their reactions.

"Me authentically ending all emails with 'Disappointed regards,' forevermore," one user wrote.

Another said: "He has way too much emotion in that email. Lol," while a third questioned: "Well sir, did the work get done and was there any issues?"

A fourth addressed Ari and wrote: "I NEED to know what your response to this is because WHAT."

Meanwhile, other viewers questioned whether the email was real.
