Dog The Bounty Hunter has a fresh claim - that fugitive Brian Laundrie is actually a "serial killer".

The reality TV star appeared to uncover the chilling novels that Gabby Petito's fiancé had allegedly read as he continues the search for 23-year-old Laundrie.

"I'm thinking more and more about him being maybe a serial killer, not just a killer of Gabby. The books he read are unbelievable," he told The Sun.

Dog recalled that he would get "mad" at his kids for reading the Dungeon and Dragons stories as he's a believer in Jesus.

The reality TV star claimed: "A couple of the books that he's been reading are 10 times worse than Dungeon and Dragons. This kid, Brian has taken those books, obviously to heart.

"And this is what happens when your kid is looking at those kinds of things. He overnight just didn't become a killer. A killer is made, and he is built to be, a killer."

"He built himself to be that by looking at that kind of, let's say the dark side stuff. There are pictures of demons all over it," Dog added to The Sun.

It comes as Dog has reportedly found personal items he believes may belong to Laundrie.

The TV star's daughter, Lyssa Chapman, told NewsNationNow that Dog made the apparent discovery at the Fort De Soto Park on Tuesday, October 5, leading them to believe Laundrie could be hiding in the 1,136-acre park.

Chapman didn't go into detail about the items her father reportedly found.

When asked by the network's Brian Entin whether Dog and his team have seen anything that proves Laundrie is still alive, Champman claimed that they had.

"We have gotten multiple leads we were able to verify both through technology and witnesses," she told the outlet.

"We are pretty sure that he is stashed out on those islands and mostly active after the parks are closed and everyone goes home," she added.

Days earlier, Dog revealed he had received a tip that Laundrie and his parents had gone camping at Fort De Soto on September 6, less than a week before Gabby was reported missing.

Dog also claimed that Brian was not with his parents Chris and Roberta Laundrie when they checked out of the park two days later, on September 8.
