Bonnie Blue is already 'back to work' after announcing birth of baby following ‘final stretch’ sex stunt
Bonnie Blue has surprised fans by revealing that she has already returned to creating content after giving birth to her first child via C-section.
The controversial adult content creator, whose real name is Tia Billinger, confirmed to Metro that she recently welcomed her baby at the Lindo Wing at St Mary’s Hospital in London.
The exclusive maternity unit has previously been used by members of the Royal Family, with the Princess of Wales giving birth to all three of her children there, while Princess Diana welcomed Princes William and Harry at the hospital.
The adult star gives birth
Bonnie had previously told Metro that she expected to give birth in “late October or early November”, making the arrival considerably earlier than anticipated.
She had spoken about trying to conceive “for years and years” with her soon-to-be ex-husband. She subsequently claimed she became pregnant following her February 7 “breeding event”, where she said she had unprotected sex with around 400 men.
Following the birth, Bonnie reassured her followers that her baby was healthy and that she was preparing to leave hospital.
In a TikTok filmed shortly after the C-section, she gave viewers a candid look at her recovery, appearing to sit on the toilet while eating toast and drinking Pepsi.
“The baby’s here,” she said. “Kid’s doing fine. I’ve had a baby I’m fine, had a C-section, the baby is super, super healthy, and yes, I’m sat on the toilet.”
She continued: “I’m going home later, it was painful but not as bad as I thought, however, when I was sick this morning it genuinely felt like I just fingered my stitches and ripped open.”
Bonnie also attempted to reassure other new parents, saying: “Don’t overthink it, the baby is fine, as long as they’re fed, clean, burped, apart from that, they’re just sleeping and it’s amazing, they’re adorable, and if I can do it, anyone can do it.”
She offered several tips to other new and expecting mothers, including buying more babygrows than they think they will need and accepting laxatives if they are offered by their doctor.
Bonnie also revealed that she intends to formula feed rather than breastfeed, telling her followers: “I do not recommend breastfeeding.”
Since becoming a mother, she has continued making content, telling Metro, “I’ve been documenting my body on Fansly with full body inspections, including downstairs and revealing my scar. My subscribers are loving it.”
The announcement comes after Bonnie continued creating provocative content throughout her pregnancy, despite attracting significant criticism.
Among the stunts she organized was a June 8 “Golden Shower” event, during which masked men were invited to urinate on her pregnant stomach. Short clips from the event reportedly attracted millions of views on TikTok.
She later organized a “stretch me out” event on August 19 involving multiple men, with the stated aim of reaching “10cm dilated”.
Her activities prompted some people to call for child protection authorities to investigate.
“Today I reported Bonnie Blue to Derbyshire child protection due to her REVOLTING plan to have a ‘golden shower’ on her body while pregnant,” @DrPamSpurr wrote on X. “Her reprehensible behaviour is putting her unborn child in danger.”
Another commenter, Faye Parker, wrote on Facebook: “Social services need to be informed.”
A Change.org petition was also launched calling for “social services to investigate Bonnie Blue for child abuse”.
When asked whether child protection services had contacted her, Bonnie declined to confirm or deny it.
“There are some parts I’m not going to mention, but I’m not worried,” she said. “I can say everything is fine, there are no risks and no one is bothered about what I’m getting up to. The public might, but in terms of authorities, I’m fine.”
Bonnie has previously said that she requires security when she goes out in public, although she insisted she isn't overly concerned about her child's safety.
“I’ve only had two or three bad interactions; the rest is people crowding me because they want to say hi or take photos, and things can get out of control very quickly – not necessarily in a bad way,” she admitted.
She added: “But if I’m with the baby, I’ll need to make sensible decisions before going out. The safety of the baby is going to be a big thing.”

Bonnie also said she intends to travel privately when flying with her child and does not plan to share photographs of the baby online.
“As much as I wish that people only wanked over people above the age of 18, I can’t control what people sexualize, but I can control what I put out online,” she claimed.
“I’m already speaking to lawyers about what I can do to make sure the press or the public aren’t filming and uploading videos of the baby online, but it’s hard.”
Despite becoming a mother, Bonnie has made it clear that she has no plans to step away from her career.
She told Metro that she plans to return to a full schedule in around five weeks.
“That doesn’t mean [penetrative sex],” she clarified. “Obviously, my work’s very varied. There’s a lot I do. I don’t just bend over. I enjoy working and I don’t want to take time off.”
